The first thing everyone wants to know after watching the movie or reading Rhonda Byrne’s book The Secret is, how do I use the Secret and apply it in my life? The book and the movie are great and they introduce you to the Law of Attraction. However, they don’t quite tell you how to properly apply the law to your life.
Here are 3 ways to apply the Law of Attraction and use The Secret in your life.
Step 1
One of the first things to do in using the secret law of attraction in your life is to educate yourself as much as possible on the subject of the law of attraction. Learn the very nature of the law of attraction and how it influences your life. Many books, DVDs and articles have been produced about the subject and from time to time we will recommend some further reading for you.
However, the core of the secret is your own thoughts, and once you understand the true nature of thought you will be a huge step above those who think they understand the law of attraction. Our complex thought processes go a lot deeper than just negative verses positive thought.
Step 2
The second step to mastering the secret law of attraction is to get a journal and start writing. Keep a diary or journal and write down your thoughts each day. Keep reviewing your notes on a regular basis and start to build your understanding of how your thought processes manifest themsleves in various situations. Do you know most people don’t have a clue what their predominant thought pattern is, nor do they even know what it is that they want.
As your journal develops over time you can begin to explore your feelings on a much deeper level. Seeing your feelings written down on paper clarifies your thoughts from being cluttered in your mind.
Step 3
The third step to applying the secret law of attraction is to regularly take small inspired actions towards your goals. With your new law of attraction journal you can begin to track daily every action you take as a result of your thought processes. Monitor these actions and make sure they are in alignment with your goals. If you are not meeting your goals analyse your actions and understand how your thoughts are influencing those actions. Making adjustments to the way you think and feel will ultimately influence your actions and help you start achieving thosee goals.
It can be very hard for most people to be aware of how they spend their time – particularly how much of their time is wasted by being unproductive. When you set a specific plan and track it in your journal you have a better change of seeing how your week has gone, your month and then your year.
Time can easily pass with many people making the same decisions and taking the same actions that get them the same lousy results again and again. These are often the people who say the Law of Attraction did not work in their lives – but actually the law of attraction did work. It simply worked to give them more of the same conditions they were creating again and again.
